Rob was admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, and his law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Through years of practicing law Rob has become a highly experienced attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, representation of landlords and tenants, drafting of commercial and residential leases, foreclosure litigation, and construction lien litigation.
He is currently a member of Business Network International (B.N.I.), and has been for more than 12 years. He was also a ten-year member of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce, prior to relocating his office to Morris Plains, New Jersey, and was elected to, and served on, The University of Tennessee Board of Governors as the alumni representative for the New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia region from 2003 to 2006.
Rob is a passionate bowler, having competed in tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic States, and is a member of a weekly bowling league and Amateur Bowlers Tour.
